Volt is a speed training program for dynamic sports athletes. Volt focuses on developing speed, agility, explosiveness, and the developmental needs of athletes to get them to learn to apply whatever strength or training they have had to game day demands.
Volt is a good fit for athletes that may have a strength training program but still need speed training to complete their needs. Volt is also a great program for younger athletes that are not at the appropriate age for what a full training program entails. At this age, they can learn improve in movement & learning how to move efficiently until they are ready for the demands of training programs at a later age.
