Favorite Quote: “In the dust of defeat as well as the laurels of victory, there is glory to be found if one has done his best” -Eric Liddell
Inspiration: Louis Zamperini
Most Impactful Coach: “Coach Moyer. He is a former starting offensive lineman for the Cincinnati Bengals and he knows what it takes to win. Not only preparing us well for football, he prepares us for life and shows us what it means to be a successful man.”
Favorite Sports Memory: “Too many. For football it’s having fun with the team especially during preseason camps and when our whole team sings on the bus “Can You Stand the Rain” by New Edition after wins.”
Athletic Goals: “Compete in power lifting at the Collegiate Level, bring back a medal at the 2019 USA Power lifting High School National Championships, in track make it to State Prelims and win a Team Conference Title, and win our Conference again.”
The Future: “Married and have kids, work in a career related to exercise science, and if I still live in Ohio I’d want to help make competitive power lifting at the high school level more common and get it to become an OHSAA sport.”
