Adapted #italian style pasta dish… because rule #1 of meal prep is #keepitsimple ๐ 4 oz chicken โ onion powder โ salt โ pepper ๐breading as desired (I used 1/2 cup for enough chicken for 8 meals) โ 1/2 c broccoli ๐ 1 tbsp sundries tomatoes ๐1/4 cup bow tie pasta ๐ณ one egg to coat all chicken (does enough for 8 meals) ๐ง 1 tsp Parmesan cheese 1. Coat all chicken with egg, onion powder, salt, pepper, then breading (I used 1/2 cup) 2. Cook chicken and broccoli while bow tie pasta boils 3. Separate chicken and bow tie pasta then distribute Parmesan and sundried tomatoes in each meal ๐5 grams of fat, 26.45 grams of protein, 18.75 grams of carbs, and 220.8 calories per meal
