Homemade Applesauce:

Peel and cut 3 red apples 🍎🍎🍎 and 3 green apples 🍏 🍏🍏 put in a saucepan on the oven and partially cover with water. Let simmer until soft (10-15 min) then mash with a fork.

Split evenly into 6 containers

Each container will have: 25g carbs, .5 g fat, .5 G protein, and 106 calories.

This also contains 14% of daily recommended vitamin C, 5% of daily B6, 17% of daily fiber, and 5 % of daily potassium

Eat these hot with cinnamon and some chunks left in it for an apple pie taste or eat it cold for lunch! Either way it’s delicious!
