Buffalo chicken and noodles

– grill chicken breast and season with garlic powder and paprika
– begin cooking 8 oz of noodles of choice (multi grain penne noodles are shown)
– Once noodles are cooked, add 4 oz fat free cream cheese, 1/2 c buffalo sauce, 1/2 c chicken broth, and 1/2 c blue cheese dressing to the noodles
– Separate chicken into bowls (3 oz chicken in each bowl is shown) and separate sauce and noodles into 6 bowls
– Sprinkle with green onion
– 8.8g fat, 35.5g carbs, 5g fiber, 30.92g protein: 380 calories
