Success:
Currently has the second most tackles in the GWOC, including twenty one in week three. Member of the 2017 GWOC Champs.
Favorite Quote:
βItβs not whether you get knocked down, itβs whether you get upβ- Vince Lombardi
Inspiration:
Ray Lewis
Most impactful coach:
Coach Myers at Northmont because he was my first coach after I changed my position to linebacker and he moved up to varsity after coaching freshman. He is my current coach and he has taught me almost everything I know about the position.
Favorite sports memory:
The practice that the coaches gave me the nickname βthe soul taker.β It was my sophomore year and I was blitzing off the edge. The offense ran a jet sweep to my side. I came full speed off of the edge and I leveled the receiver for a 5 yard loss, making him fumble and scoring. Keep in mind I was on the scout team D going against the Varsity O.
Athletic goals:
To set the Northmont single game tackle record, which currently is 28, and play linebacker in college.
The future:
In 10 years I see myself living in either Ohio or Florida. I plan to be a physical therapist or an athletic physician. I also plan to be married or getting ready to be married at that age.
